RULES FOR RESERVATION
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 )Two children below 12 years FREE if sharing a bed with parents. 2) Tariff is subject to revision as and when required. 3) Pets are not allowed. 4) In case of failure of Air-condition unit, the tariff will be considered as a non-A.C. rooms tariff. In that case, No Full Refund would be given. Only Rs.500/- will be returned to the tourist for Failure of A.C. 5 ) Intercom & Cable connection with color T.V. is an additional facility provided to the tourists. In case of failure, No refund would be given. 6) The tourists with booking/walk-in tourists should pay full occupancy charges, extra guest charges, and luxury tax for several days for which he requires accommodation and make all necessary entries (in his own handwriting) in the occupancy register before taking possession of the room. 7) Online Resort/Hotel Reservation tourists should carry a printout of booking receipt / Email copy or SMS & copy of photo I.D.proof and produce it to the Resort/Hotel Manager at the time of check-in.8 ) A refundable deposit of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) per room will be collected from the tourist by the Resort Manager before occupying the room. The said deposit will be refunded to the tourist in full at the time of departure after he settles all the bills and signs the occupancy register.9) Amendment: Change in Booking Request Amendment not permitted 0-3 Days before the arrival date.● For the First Amendment, a charge of 10% of the booking amount is levied as amendment charges.● For the second amendment, a charge of 25% of the booking amount is levied as amendment charges.●Any subsequent amendment, a charge of 100% of the booking amount is levied as amendment charges.10 Accommodations reserved should be occupied on the first day of the reservation or at the latest on the following day before check-in time otherwise 100% amount will be forfeited. 11 No Refund is admissible for the Shortening period / unoccupied period / or any other reason.

12. Cancellation Rules :
If you cancel within 0-3 days before the arrival date you will be charged 100% of your booking amount as the cancellation charges./ If you cancel within 4-7 days before the arrival date you will be charged 25% of your booking amount as the cancellation charges. / If you cancel more than 8 days prior to the arrival date you will be charged 10% of your booking amount as the cancellation charges.
13. Cancellation through Credit Card/Debit Card/Cash/DD
A) In case of cancellation of booking booked through Credit/Debit Card, the refund will be made in the name of Credit / Debit Card Holder's Bank only B). In case of cancellation of booking made through Cash / D.D. or any other mode of payment, the refund will be made through cross cheque / RTGS / NEFT only. C). In case of booking made through M.T.D.C.'s travel agents, the cancellation/refund will be made by the concerned travel agents only.

16 Room Tariff & Extra Guest Charges.
Room tariff from Rs. 0.00 to Rs. 999.00 per room per day - 0% (On Transaction Value)
Room tariff from Rs. 1000.00 to Rs. 2499.00 per room per day - 12% (On Transaction Value)
Room tariff from Rs. 2500.00 to Rs. 7499.00 per room per day - 18% (On Transaction Value)
Room tariff from Rs. 7500.00 and above per room per day - 28% (On Transaction Value)
Restaurant
17 Restaurant - The Goods & Service Tax (GST) will be charged @ 5% on services provided in Air Conditioned restaurants and Non-Air Conditioned Restaurants. VAT is applicable to Alcoholic Beverages.
Booking Cancellation
18 Under exceptional circumstances MTDC may cancel booking done by tourist / Agent or online however the guest will be given a full refund amount by MTDC. 19 For any kind of suggestion and complaint regarding Booking please contact us on-Email -gagangiritoursntravels@gmail.com/20 In case of failure of Booking, if you do not receiveconfirmation your amount will be refunded to your mentioned account within 7-10 working days from the transaction date.

नियम FOR RESERVATION / CANCELLATION
1) 12 वर्षाखालील दोन मुले मोफत, पालकांसोबत बेड शेअर करत असल्यास.
2) टॅरिफ आवश्यकतेनुसार पुनरावृत्तीच्या अधीन आहे.
3) पाळीव प्राण्यांना परवानगी नाही.
4) वातानुकूलित युनिटमध्ये बिघाड झाल्यास, दर नॉन-एसी रुम्सचा दर मानला जाईल. अशा परिस्थितीत, पूर्ण परतावा दिला जाणार नाही. एसी खराब झाल्यास पर्यटकांना फक्त रु. 500/- परत केले जातील
5) रंगीत टीव्हीसह इंटरकॉम आणि केबल कनेक्शन ही पर्यटकांना प्रदान केलेली अतिरिक्त सुविधा आहे. अयशस्वी झाल्यास, कोणताही परतावा दिला जाणार नाही.
6) पर्यटकांनी बुकिंग/वॉक-इन पर्यटकांनी पूर्ण भोगवटा भरावा आणि अनेक दिवसांसाठी अतिथी शुल्क आणि अतिरिक्त कर आकारले पाहिजेत. खोलीचा ताबा घेण्यापूर्वी सर्व आवश्यक नोंदी (त्याच्या स्वतःच्या हस्ताक्षरात) भोगवटा रजिस्टरमध्ये करा.
7) ऑनलाइन रिसॉर्ट/हॉटेल आरक्षण पर्यटकांनी बुकिंग पावतीची प्रिंटआउट / ईमेल प्रत किंवा एसएमएस & फोटो आयडीप्रूफची प्रत सोबत ठेवावी आणि चेक-इनच्या वेळी ती रिसॉर्ट/हॉटेल व्यवस्थापकाकडे सादर करावी.
8) रु.200/- (रु. दोनशे फक्त) प्रति रूम रिसॉर्ट मॅनेजरने खोली ताब्यात घेण्यापूर्वी पर्यटकांकडून परत करण्यायोग्य ठेव गोळा केली जाईल. पर्यटकाने सर्व बिले मिटवल्यानंतर आणि भोगवटा रजिस्टरवर स्वाक्षरी केल्यावर यावेळी पर्यटकांना ही ठेव पूर्णतः परत केली जाईल .
९) दुरुस्ती: बुकिंग विनंतीमध्ये बदल
आगमन तारखेच्या 0-3 दिवस आधी दुरुस्तीला परवानगी नाही. ● पहिल्या दुरुस्तीसाठी, बुकिंग रकमेच्या 10% शुल्क दुरुस्ती शुल्क म्हणून आकारले जाते. ● दुसऱ्या दुरुस्तीसाठी, बुकिंग रकमेच्या 25% शुल्क आकारले जाते. दुरुस्ती शुल्क म्हणून. ● त्यानंतरची कोणतीही दुरुस्ती, बुकिंग रकमेच्या 100% शुल्क दुरुस्ती शुल्क म्हणून आकारले जाते.
10 आरक्षित निवासस्थान आरक्षणाच्या पहिल्या दिवशी किंवा पुढील दिवशी चेक-इनच्या वेळेपूर्वी ताब्यात घेतले पाहिजे अन्यथा 100% रक्कम जप्त केली जाईल. 136bad5cf58d_
11 कमी कालावधीसाठी / रिकामा कालावधी / किंवा इतर कोणत्याही कारणासाठी कोणताही परतावा स्वीकार्य नाही.
12. रद्द करण्याचे नियम :
● जर तुम्ही आगमन तारखेच्या 0-3 दिवसांच्या आत रद्द केले तर तुमच्या बुकिंग रकमेच्या 100% रद्द करण्याचे शुल्क आकारले जाईल. ● तुम्ही आगमन तारखेच्या 4-7 दिवसांच्या आत रद्द केल्यास तुमच्या बुकिंग रकमेच्या २५% रद्दीकरण शुल्क म्हणून तुमच्याकडून आकारले जाईल. ● तुम्ही आगमन तारखेच्या 8 दिवस आधी रद्द केल्यास तुमच्या बुकिंग रकमेच्या 10% रद्दीकरण शुल्क म्हणून आकारले जाईल.
13. क्रेडिट कार्ड/डेबिट कार्ड/कॅश/डीडी द्वारे रद्द करणे
A) क्रेडिट/डेबिट कार्डद्वारे बुक केलेले बुकिंग रद्द झाल्यास, परतावा क्रेडिट/डेबिट कार्ड धारकाच्या बँकेच्या नावानेच केला जाईल B) . रोख / डीडी किंवा पेमेंटच्या इतर कोणत्याही पद्धतीद्वारे केलेले बुकिंग रद्द झाल्यास, परतावा फक्त क्रॉस चेक / RTGS / NEFT द्वारे केला जाईल. C ) . एमटीडीसीच्या ट्रॅव्हल एजंटद्वारे बुकिंग केल्यास, रद्द करणे/परतावा संबंधित ट्रॅव्हल एजंटद्वारेच केला जाईल.
स्वयंपाक/लोडशेडिंग
14 रेस्टॉरंट सर्व रिसॉर्ट्स आणि हॉटेलशी संलग्न आहे, त्यामुळे रूम, ग्रुपमध्ये स्वयंपाक करण्यास परवानगी नाही
निवास आणि रिसॉर्ट परिसरात. 15 वीज पुरवठ्याच्या लोडशेडिंगमुळे, एमटीडीसी काही रिसॉर्ट्समध्ये जनरेटर संच अंशतः चालवेल. तथापि, हे 24 तास बदलणार नाही. एसी युनिट्स, गीझर इ.च्या ऑपरेशनसाठी वीज पुरवठा. त्या बाबतीत, कोणताही परतावा दिला जाणार नाही.

रु. पासून रुम टेरिफ. 2500.00 ते रु. 7499.00 प्रति खोली प्रति दिवस - 18% (व्यवहार मूल्यावर)
रु. पासून रुम टेरिफ. 7500.00 आणि त्याहून अधिक प्रति खोली प्रति दिवस - 28% (व्यवहार मूल्यावर)
उपहारगृह
17 रेस्टॉरंट - वातानुकूलित रेस्टॉरंट आणि बिगर वातानुकूलित रेस्टॉरंटमध्ये प्रदान केलेल्या सेवांवर वस्तू आणि सेवा कर (GST) @ 5% आकारला जाईल. अल्कोहोलिक बेव्हरेजेसवर व्हॅट लागू आहे.
बुकिंग रद्द करणे
18 अपवादात्मक परिस्थितीत एमटीडीसी पर्यटक / एजंट किंवा ऑनलाइन केलेले बुकिंग रद्द करू शकते तथापि अतिथींना MTDC द्वारे पूर्ण परतावा रक्कम दिली जाईल.
